The Küpé Ballet Company offers an exciting opportunity for young dancers to reach their highest technical and artistic potential. Hosted by Müv Dance and Fitness at Cedar Park, directed by Inga Lujerenko, the company focuses on developing strong Ballet and Modern technique. The Küpé Ballet Company gives students the opportunity to compete at elite dance competitions such as Youth American Grand Prix as well as local and state conventions and competitions.
Required Dance Classes: Company members are required to take two Ballet technique classes and one Pointe class per week. It is also required to take either the Progressing Ballet Technique class or a stretch class that will assist students to develop flexibility, strengthened core stability while training correct muscle memory placement.
Rehearsal Time: In addition to the required classes, the company will have an hour ensemble scheduled rehearsal time and a one-hour variation/solo piece rehearsal. Students will use this time to develop and strengthen their variations/solo pieces in preparation for competitions.
2 x hour Neo-classical pointe solo – $100 + $200 (Choreography fee)
Monthly Rehearsal Tuition:
1 x hour weekly rehearsal – $75 per/month (when variation rehearsals are not scheduled and after the competitions are completed in March students will be charged a reduced fee). Selected YAGP Dancers will have an additional 1 hr weekly variation rehearsal – $55 per/month.
10% discount for students already enrolled in 2 other MÜV companies.
5% discount for students already enrolled in one other MÜV Company.
Company members are also responsible for scheduling a one-off private lesson with the directors to learn their solo piece. The ensemble will also be scheduled during this time. These will need to be completed before the beginning of the fall schedule. One hour is required for a variation and two hours are required for the neo-classical/contemporary. The ensemble will take three hours of rehearsal time.
Company members are expected to maintain regular attendance in their technique classes. If you miss a mandatory class you will have two weeks to make up the class. If you are unsure of what class to take as a makeup, please ask your instructors. Regular attendance at your weekly rehearsal is vital for your continued improvement. If a rehearsal is going to be missed you must notify the director at least two weeks prior. More than three missed rehearsals will require you to schedule an hour private lesson (at an extra cost) with the director.
Company members are to dress appropriately for all classes and rehearsals. Pointe shoes are to always be correctly sewn, dead Pointe shoes will not be acceptable for rehearsal.Hair is to be tied in a neat bun at all ballet classes and rehearsals, hair off the face and not falling out in the middle of class.
Solo Neo-classical or classical variation piece on pointe. Available to take to conventions/SEC/Leander/competitions. Participation in YAGP workshops and Ensembles.
All of the above with the addition of participation in solo YAGP (classical and contemporary solo variation). This option will be invitation only. Contemporary variation may be choreographed by a teacher of the students choice. It will be up to the student to sufficiently rehearse their contemporary solo with their choreographer outside of Küpé hours.

Director, Küpé Ballet Company
Inga is originally from Ukraine and trained at the State Classical Ballet School of Belorussia. She has performed nationally and internationally in over 50 principal and soloist roles in various ballets choreographed by Balanchine, Lambro, Petipa, Fokine, Gorski, Vaganova, and Mills. Inga has twice been named best female dancer by the Austin’s Critics Award panel while she danced with Ballet Austin. She is known for her exceptional teaching skills and helping students reach their full potential as both a dancer and a performer.
