Hailey has been dancing since the age of three at Impressions Dance Studio in Dayton, Ohio where she trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, pom, lyrical, tap, and hip-hop. Hailey is an alumni of the Ohio State University dance team where she won seven national titles in jazz, pom, and gameday.
As a member of the team, Hailey was sole captain of the 2022 year where they took home three national titles at the UDA Collegiate National Championship. She has assisted in choreographing game day material as well as teaching combos all across the country. She graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Science but ultimately wants to explore dance and choreography.
Hailey has had the opportunity to learn from world-renowned choreographers in the dance team and studio industry such as Rudy Abreu, Douglas Burkhardt, Shannon Mather, Nicole Smith, Addison Reed Holmes, and Andrew Brader.
Now living in California, further pursuing her professional dance career, Hailey was accepted into the Bridge into the Industry program under Shannon Mather. She is training to work in the professional dance industry once the program concludes. This past season with Tribe 99 Hailey had a very successful finish with each of her teams placing in the top 5 at UDA High School Nationals. She has a passion for dance that she can’t wait to share with others and hopes to inspire dancers with her love of the sport.”
